Description

• At January, we’re transforming the lives of borrowers by bringing humanity to consumer finance. • As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our products. • Your designs will be instrumental in making debt collection a more humane process. • You’ll support borrowers toward financial improvement through optimistic visual layouts. • You’ll partner directly with Product Managers and the Analytics team for roadmap shaping. • You will craft improved user experiences through UX research insights.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer. • Demonstrate a proven track record of leveraging copywriting, visual design, illustration, storytelling, usability and other design skills to create persuasive and creative designs that lead to real customer growth and brand engagement. • Understand how to increase product adoption through compelling design across a variety of mediums such as landing pages, email campaigns, and onboarding experiences. • Are hyper-focused on using design to make meaningful improvements to the user experience and overall business objectives. • Have experience conducting UX research with diverse groups and translating findings into actionable insights. • Are a strong communicator who can oversee the user experience of a product area from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, and analytics teams. • Have the ability to take broad ideas and turn them into something actionable and useful.
