Description

• Senior Software Engineers own product and team outcomes at January. • Lead by example in implementing sophisticated software solutions. • Act as a mentor to less experienced engineers. • Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to roadmap planning. • Design and implement new channels utilizing AI/ML. • Continuously evaluate and improve proprietary software and 3rd party integrations. • Work with contact center agents to enhance efficiency and real-time data handling.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, React, and Postgres, with additional experience in productionizing AI/ML models being a plus. • Proven ability to analyze existing systems and processes to find areas for enhancement. • A strong commitment to mentoring and fostering a collaborative team environment. • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, complex projects and mentor junior engineers in project management best practices.
