Description

• Strategically manage customer relationships to drive revenue growth and maximize client value • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and account planning

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience as a strategic account manager or in a similar role • Proven work experience in managing key accounts, ranging from $100k- $1M ARR • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong listening and selling skills • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business • Ability to manage multiple decision-makers and customer account plans simultaneously
