• Oversee all administrative functions of our New York office and manage the schedules of our CEO and COO • Calendar and Schedule Management • Meeting Preparation • Office Operations • Office Repairs and Maintenance • Safety and Security • Office Lease Management • Office Coordination • Event Planning • Travel Arrangements • Project Support • Confidentiality • Miscellaneous Tasks • IT Coordination

Requirements

• Team player who is passionate, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant for C-level executives in a start-up environment • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or management • Proven experience in managing office repairs and maintenance • Interest in the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health
