• Independently set up and steer campaigns for clients using internal tools • Assist and ensure successful campaign rollout • Monitor campaign performance on social platforms • Create media plans and decide on budget allocation • Develop new ideas to optimize campaigns and internal tools • Communicate with Sales and BI for campaign insights • Work closely with B2B clients and media agencies
• 3+ years of experience in paid online marketing and/or media buying • Proven expertise in paid social media • Strong analytical skills • Experience managing budgets across programmatic or social media advertising channels • Familiarity with the entertainment industry • Hands-on attitude and proactive mindset • Independent working style and ability to learn quickly • Problem-solving orientation • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
