Description

• As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for executing a data-driven approach to customer success. • Tune algorithmic parameters to maximize performance (training will be provided on the job) • Create SQL queries/data extracts from metadata tables in Snowflake, BigQuery and Postgres • Analyze warehouse performance metrics including latency to alert customers • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience • Build the tools to orchestrate and automate the data-driven customer success • Work with the leadership to deliver insights and report progress

Requirements

• BS or MS or MCA in Computer Science or related fields • Proficiency in SQL • Fluent in writing Python code • Comfort with Unix and Bash • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to work on US Eastern Time Zone schedule • Comfortable with working with customers • Experience working on PostgreSQL • Familiarity with GCP and BigQuery • Familiarity with data stack on one of the cloud data warehouse platforms
