Description
• This position will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines, data models, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decision making across the organization. • The data analytics engineer will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, investment analysts, and operational stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide them with reliable, scalable, and user-friendly data solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, finance, statistics, or a related field • 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience as a data scientist, data analyst, business intelligence analyst, quantitative analyst, or a similar role • Strong experience in SQL and Python programming; proficient with Excel and at least one visualization software (Tableau preferred) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and quality • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines using workflow management tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Synapse, etc.) • Experience in working with big data platforms and tools (e.g. Azure, Databricks, dbt, Spark, etc.) • Experience in creating and managing data models and schemas using data modeling tools
