Description

Manage and optimize the sales processes for our pet functional ingredients •Advance and convert active customers in our pipeline •Expand top-of-funnel and grow our existing pipeline

Requirements

2-4+ years of work experience in a consulting, banking, business development, operating, or other business role, preferably in a startup environment •Supremely well-organized with exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to advance multiple processes/projects at once and on set timelines •Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to systematically synthesize, distill, and organize complex pieces of information / data •Clear and effective written and verbal communication, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and customize technical information for different audiences •Proven track record of being a self-starter: is proactive, takes initiative, and is solution-oriented •Comfort working with and learning about technical subject matter •Comfort working in a startup environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities •Experience creating external-facing content or deliverables, and comfort interfacing directly with customers over email and on calls
