Description
• The PMO will be responsible for overseeing and driving forward key initiatives within Kinship and with its partners • They will have a keen attention to detail, exceptional management, and organizational skills • They will be responsible for the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and maintaining scope • They are expected to work closely with project managers, key stakeholders internally and externally, and executive leadership teams • They will have the ability to proactively identify gaps and opportunities within processes and governance and will have a track record of project implementation and change management success
Requirements
• You have extensive experience in project management, ideally in a PMO role • You have experience in petcare specifically veterinary care a plus • You have excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills • You have familiarity with Microsoft Teams as well as Gsuite and slack • You love asking the RIGHT questions to get project teams to collaborate more effectively • You have a bias to action and are comfortable working with ambiguity
