Description

• The Webcast/Video Producer will consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients • This person needs to be proactive, highly responsive, pay great attention to detail, be results-oriented, have good judgment, and a high standard of excellence • They will work closely with the Head of Multimedia and Multimedia Producer/Editor and Production Manager to support all aspects of both internal and external multimedia webcasts and video productions • The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and executing of internal and external multimedia webcasts and video projects • These projects include brand messaging, macro updates, annual and due diligence virtual meetings, in-person event video content, internal communications and more

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management and marketing experience, preferably in a financial/corporate environment • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications or Production • Knowledge of webcast and virtual event platforms • Strong written and oral communication skills • Superior project management skills, including timeline and budget creation, management, and reconciliation - Working knowledge of Asana a plus • Highly organized – ability to handle multiple tasks and strong time management to meet strict deadlines • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Excel & PowerPoint • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead group meetings with senior management, highly responsive to key stakeholder inquiries • Creative problem solver and decision maker; resourceful • Team-oriented while also being able to work autonomously • Adaptability – to situations and ever-changing demands • Ambitious, proactive, and creative • A calm, professional, and flexible approach to handling high-pressure situations
