Description

• Understanding the client’s overall business objectives and translating them into a campaign and measurement strategy • Advising clients on the adoption of critical Marketing Technologies to achieve business and measurement goals • Assessing and onboarding new measurement vendors in the industry, for clients and for Known • Overseeing the performance of media campaigns and amazing our clients, both by meeting their targets and creating insightful narratives through bespoke reporting • Designing learning agenda and experimental plans to answer key questions around marketing effectiveness • Assisting with and auditing media plans the team is actively working on • Framing analyses, stories, and slides for client media plans and reports • Serving as the key client point of contact on campaign measurement, optimization, and data infrastructure • Driving the adoption of new tools and approaches you build across the team • Managing other data scientists on the team, both directly and indirectly as a mentor • Serving as a thought leader on data-based media planning and measurement for the broader team • Working closely with other senior leads to develop solutions that work for everyone • Communicating to clients how modern techniques (e.g., ML models, optimization algorithms, and automation) can be used to improve business and media KPIs • Creating best practices decks for the organization and for our clients • Collaborating with our Strategy and Studios teams to ensure our scientific processes are fully integrated through all verticals of Known

Requirements

• A degree from a well-regarded college or university. STEM degrees are preferred. • 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, preferably at an agency, consulting firm, or large in-house media activation team • 3+ years of leadership experience in managing projects and driving them forward • Some hands-on-keyboard experience implementing scientific solutions yourself is a major plus
