Description
• Managing Windows Active Directory Users, DNS, GPO • Azure AD administration • Linux Server Administration (Ubuntu, Centos) • Supporting NAS and Shared Storage Resources • Maintaining editing stations utilizing Teradici/PCoIP • Managing VLAN infrastructure and switch management • Manage Meraki Wifi and Cameras • Managing VMware Vsphere Clusters • Provide support for cloud resources • Working knowledge of scanning and threat detection technologies • Maintain and monitor Veeam daily backups • Troubleshooting creative tools • Installing and troubleshooting creative plugins • MAC OS X and Windows 10 desktop support
Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to assess and communicate technical issues • Provide escalated support for desktop users • Work closely with Director of Infrastructure • Low Voltage experience • AV conference equipment experience
