Description
• Plan and execute field activities for mineral exploration company using AI • Conduct safe and effective field operations on exploration projects globally • Supervise and lead project-focused Field Operations Leads and operations teams • Develop actionable operations plans and budgets • Understand applicable local laws and regulations • Act as HSE functional leader and maintain KoBold HSE standards • Identify and evaluate contractors and vendors for field operations • Create ways of working that allow for effective machine-learning-driven field programs • Help out with operational matters across the company
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience conducting field operations in relevant industries • Planned and conducted helicopter supported exploration programs in remote environments • Demonstrated supervisory experience • Demonstrated commitment to high standards of health & safety • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision • Enjoyment in working with people in a wide variety of disciplines and different parts of the world • Authorized to legally work in either the US or Canada
Benefits
