Description

• As the Human Resources (HR) Manager at Krista Care LLC, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. • Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. • Looking for an experienced HR professional who can effectively lead and support employees while maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field • Proven experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
