• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and technicians • Provide resources and technical guidance for project execution • Observe new markets and pursue new geographies • Implement yearly business goals and Strategic Business plan • Provide team building and organizational development • Supervise team to achieve sales, revenue, and profit goals • Develop partnerships with clients • Implement quality control procedures • Grow the Department in revenue, profitability, service offerings, and geographic presence • Support proposal preparation and review • Participate in interviews and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field • Professional Engineer licensure or advanced degree required • 10+ years' experience in Civil Engineering or related field • Ability to review design calculations and documents • Ability to prepare cost estimates • Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and schedule commitments
