• Lead the data science team reporting to the Chief Product Officer • Deliver metrics, KPI's and insights that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes • Foster the career growth of the team members and provide mentorship
Requirements
• Proven experience managing data science teams. • Strong technical knowledge of Databricks, Power BI and related technologies • Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for your team • Proven experience presenting results to senior leadership • Be a great team player
