Description
• Automated driving technology company developing a hands-free, eyes-off driver assist system for next-generation Ford vehicles at scale. • Work alongside leading experts across machine learning and robotics, cloud platforms, mapping, sensors and compute systems, test operations, systems and safety engineering. • Develop state of the art solutions in multiple domains such as Sensing, Machine Learning & Data platform, Mapping, Labeling, State Estimation, Localization, Calibration, and Performance. • Architect, design and implement solutions for one of the largest-scale robotics projects in history. • Develop production quality software in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ECE, Robotics, Physics, Mathematics or related field. • Significant (5+ years) prior experience in one or more of the domains listed above, or in another domain of relevancy to the autonomous vehicles space. • Significant (5+ years) of experience in C++ or Python software development. • Track record of product development culminating in successful launches/releases/etc. • Nice to have: Master’s or PhD degree in Robotics, ECE, Computer Science, or a related field. • Nice to have: Track record of technical leadership (not limited to management) taking products or large features from research to consumer release.
