Description
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware, software, and network systems • Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot issues • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls • Performing regular security updates and patches • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides • Supporting disaster recovery planning and execution • Collaborating with IT and other departments to meet organizational goals • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or a related IT role • Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management • Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
