Description

• Evangelize the new HRIS products and drive interest with current and potential customers. • Manage the end-to-end sales process from discovery through closed deals for our current and potential customers. • Effectively forecast pipeline to Sales Manager and, potentially, X-functional HRIS team to gain insight into customer volume, use cases, and trends. • Partner with Sales Development, Account Executives & Relationship Managers for lead and pipeline generation. • Provide market/client feedback internally to Product and Engineering team. • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers. • Deliver a world-class experience for prospects who are considering Lattice and other people management solutions. • Occasional travel to our offices.

Requirements

• 2 - 4+ years of SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying capacity. • Experience selling in the HR, payroll, and benefits technology space is required. • Burning desire to make our customers personally and professionally successful. • Commitment to Lattice’s mission and values (Ship Shipmate Self, Clear Eyes, Chop Wood Carry Water, and What’s Next?).
