• Craft high-quality content that empowers readers • Edit and update long-form content to improve reader experience • Optimize content for SEO and compliance guidelines • Grow and foster the FinanceBuzz brand as a top destination for personal finance information and education
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a digital editor role • A passion for creating high-quality, high-performance content • Expertise in personal finance and familiarity with compliance • An ability to work and make decisions independently • Experience working within a CMS (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) • Experience mentoring writers and editors • Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Asana (or Airtable or Trello) • A clear understanding of how search engine optimization works • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
