• Join Layer N's Lead Designer shape the future of crypto by implementing and designing key visual elements, including branding work, product UI design, and graphics. • Craft compelling visual assets like banners, logos, and graphic art, ensuring alignment with brand and strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative user experiences, design beautiful UIs, and drive high-impact initiatives forward. • Work involves auditing and researching new user experiences, evangelizing best design practices, and rapidly prototyping and testing new product concepts.
Requirements
• A digital portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions with robust user experience, visual, and interaction design skills, spanning mobile apps and responsive websites. • 5+ years of proven experience in crafting outstanding products. • Demonstrated design experience, whether independently or within a collaborative team setting. • Genuine enthusiasm for design within startup environments and product development. • Capacity to work autonomously and take ownership of projects. • Deep understanding of crypto and its ecosystem. • Exceptional communication skills.
