Description
• Lead operations for multiple locations with full P&L oversight • Set standards, culture and expectations for company leaders • Train, motivate and be hands-on with team members • Oversee General Managers and provide feedback for development • Develop leadership bench at restaurant levels
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management in a full-service chain organization • 10+ years of P&L experience • Advanced communication, influencing, and negotiation skills • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of Back of House Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Restaurant Operating Systems and the Internet • Understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
