Description

• The Performance Marketing Lead will be a key member of our Demand Generation function, responsible for developing our paid campaign strategies and maximizing their impact while reducing conversion costs. We seek an analytical and data-driven mind with a proven track record of implementing successful performance marketing campaigns in the SaaS space. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels with the aim of driving qualified opportunities and pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, target audiences, and competitive positioning to ensure that all campaigns align with the overall business objectives and strategy. • Take a test-and-learn approach to campaign and channel development in order to sustainably and efficiently scale our paid acquisition channels. To do so, you obsess over pipe-to-spend ratios and ROAS • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns & drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. • Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation across channels and audience segments for maximum impact. • Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team of 1 FTE and 1 Intern • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance or growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving revenue growth. • Experience in managing large budgets (7 figures per year or more), building performance marketing strategies in B2B, and being hands-on in creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels • Strong proficiency in marketing tracking, measurement, and analytics, i.e., you’re comfortable with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure conversion events are set up correctly. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of key performance metrics for performance marketing • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment. • Experience working with international teams
