Description

• Provide social work services to LGBTQ Brooklynites and people living with HIV/AIDS • Collaborate with legal staff to determine case strategies • Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations • Advocate for clients in various fora • Develop and share resources and trainings with colleagues

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for social justice • Minimum of 2 years working with PLWHA and/or LGBTQ people • Master of Social Work degree and New York State LMSW license (required within one year) • Case management and client advocacy experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills
