Description
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and definition of the core Workforce Management forecasting and budgeting capabilities of the Legion product • Drive the strategic direction of product and roadmap • Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize the feature backlog • Work with technical architects to ensure the feature development meets security, scalability, resiliency, and performance requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex forecasting, budgeting, or scheduling projects on time • 5+ years as Product Manager supporting forecasting, budgeting, or automated scheduling features for cloud-based enterprise software • 2+ years of experience developing solutions under the agile development methodology
