Description

• Responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement • Collaborate closely with leadership and development teams to design and implement innovative solutions that align with business goals and user needs • Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows • Conduct usability testing sessions and gather qualitative and quantitative data on user interactions • Document design processes, decisions, and research findings in a clear and organized manner • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in UX/UI design and human-centered design • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs • Explore new design approaches and innovative solutions to enhance the user experience

Requirements

• US Citizenship • Clearance is not required but ability to obtain one at the Public Trust level or above if needed is essential • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
