Description

• Record accounting data/transactions accurately and timely • Receive, process, and verify AP invoices • Communicate and manage relationships with vendors and clients • Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports • Assist with accounts receivable, billing, and collections • Provide support to finance and accounting staff • Create and update spreadsheets • Perform other accounting duties as needed

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills • Proficient in computer skills and MS Office • Strong data entry and word processing skills • Good communication skills • Previous accounting experience a plus but not necessary • Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful
