Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of assigned applications • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 application support • Configure, maintain, and support collaboration platforms such as Zoom, O365, Teams, OneDrive, Adobe, and Box • Evaluate and recommend new collaboration tools • Provide technical support to end-users • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Assist in large-scale virtual events or webinars • Collaborate with IT and security teams for compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR hands-on experience • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administering and managing collaboration tools and platforms • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Teams, Box, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, SharePoint, Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS • Knowledge of IT security and compliance policies • Experience with Cloud-based applications • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Detail-oriented and able to multitask • Ability to work under pressure in a timely fashion
