• Image and configure laptops and Desktop • Proficient in Windows and MAC devices • Configure and deploy Apple IPADS and IPhones • Setup Video Conferencing and Whiteboard meetings • Troubleshoot Outlook, active directory, create new hires, terminations • Install applications as requested by the business • Installed and Configured VPN for home users’ laptops • Proficient in using ITSM tool and understanding SLA’s • Collaborate with team effectively • Identify areas of weakness and improvements • Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT related experience • some networking experience preferred • self-starter who takes initiative every day • ability to work without supervision • ability to work in a fast-paced environment • excellent written and verbal skills • follow company guidelines • detail-oriented and well-organized individual • exceptional team player • strong belief in ethical business principles
