Description

• Responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day email marketing activities • Assist in email ideation and calendar management • Building and executing daily emails, generating email segments • Tracking and reporting on performance • Creating engaging & branded revenue-generating email campaigns for L’OCCITANE NA • Manage Adobe Campaign email deployment strategy, schedule & coding • Define targeting strategy for each email send • Assist in management of the growth and maintenance of the email database • Responsible for Personalization strategy, requests & schedule • Drive e-commerce growth and profitability • Project manage email campaigns production with Design, Website, Ecommerce, Retail, and technical CRM teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred • 2+ years’ experience required in Marketing/Digital Marketing • Knowledge of retail/beauty industry preferred • A solid mix of analytical and creative skills, including the ability to copy write • Knowledge of ESP software, preferably Adobe Campaign • Technical email marketing techniques and understanding of inbox delivery techniques • Proven implementation of email best practices a plus • HTML programming experience a plus • Should be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritize • A passion to understand the tactics and technologies behind online marketing • Delivery / results focus, with strong attention to detail • Thrives on owning their job responsibilities and has flexibility • Performance and results driven • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, with limited supervision and under tight timeframes • Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
