• Full Stack WordPress Developer role • Solve complex problems while collaborating with a development team on WordPress installations • Extensive experience with WordPress Gutenberg block system, templates, and custom plugins • Strong knowledge of WordPress plugin architecture • Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot website issues • Effective communicator and team player • Passionate about creating with the WordPress platform
Requirements
• 5+ years' experience as a backend web developer • 3+ years' experience working on WordPress sites • Ability to work remotely with little-to-no supervision • Experience with security-focused code writing • Experience with automated testing frameworks • Demonstrated experience developing on the WordPress platform • Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle • Experience working in an agency or as a contractor • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Proficiency in PHP5, Linux, Apache, MySQL, jQuery • Experience with APIs, SOAP, REST protocols • Understanding of XML data structuring
