Description
•Lead and execute design projects, delivering high-quality visuals for web, email, social media, and print.\n•Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints.\n•Support the design needs of decentralized e-commerce partners, ensuring consistency and alignment with the Lovingly brand.\n•Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business objectives.\n•Contribute to brainstorming sessions offering creative solutions that drive user engagement and brand loyalty.\n•Create dynamic motion graphics and leverage AI tools to enhance digital storytelling and user engagement.\n•Stay informed on emerging design technologies and integrate them into your work to keep Lovingly’s visual content fresh and cutting-edge.\n•Oversee the editing and final production of visual assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and are optimized for different platforms.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and motion design.\n•Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma. Motion design software knowledge is a bonus.\n•Strong editing and production skills with meticulous attention to detail.\n•Familiarity with or excitement to learn AI tools in a design context.\n•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n•Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying design concepts.
