Description
• Assess current operational processes and facilitate discussions with team members and clients • Perform analysis to determine process gaps and recommend areas of improvement • Develop and present operations plan to leadership • Design and test best practices and recommended improvements • Support client accounting needs • Analyze and record financial statements and prepare financial reports • Comply with government reporting requirements • Support audit and tax preparations • Manage, train, and monitor • At least 2 years of senior accounting experience • Excellent communication skills
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience • Project management skills • Demonstrated expertise in Quickbooks and accounting software • Audit and tax preparation knowledge • Experience managing multiple clients • Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud technology • Ability to develop workflows and process improvements
