Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Luminary Group's Real World Evidence solutions and drive customer acquisition and retention • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and content marketing • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiate Luminary Group's offerings • Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources • Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to drive innovation and creativity • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the healthcare or life sciences industry • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth • In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing and understanding of Real World Evidence concepts and solutions • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage data to inform marketing decisions • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
