Description
• As the Director of Platform Engineering at Lumos, you have broad responsibility to lead and grow our platform engineering teams for both our core infrastructure and services • Lead our team of Platform engineers while also hiring and evolving the team as we prepare to scale through our next phase of growth • Implement scalable and reliable engineering best practices and accelerating all other engineering teams • Grow and improve upon the principles of engineering and management at Lumos
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
