Description
• Facilitate workshops or meetings to elicit business and technical requirements, building consensus among stakeholders • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation by the technical team • Work alongside project managers to keep projects on track and within budget • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business process improvements • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in training end-users on new features or changes • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features to deliver optimal solutions to clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Mentor junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects • Availability to travel to multiple sites across the U.S. regularly • Salesforce certification or equivalent experience is a plus • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
