Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a project manager, production coordinator/assistant, ideally within a creative agency. • Demonstrates respectful and professional communication in all interactions. • Capable of identifying and escalating potential issues to the Production Lead or Manager. • Organizes internal meetings, prepares agendas, and distributes meeting notes. • Builds strong relationships with team members to understand their unique skills and working styles. • Eager to learn about the strategic and creative reasoning behind projects. • Applies sound judgment and a deep understanding of client and project needs to offer constructive feedback or guidance. • Proactively escalates issues. • Focuses on finding solutions and continuously improving processes. • Learns to develop simple project estimates. • Assists in tracking budget expenditures and handling reconciliation. • Creates straightforward timelines and manages the workflow of low-complexity projects. • Supports the planning, execution, and delivery of digital media campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. • Maintains and updates project documentation, including internal status reports, risk reports, schedules, and meeting notes. • Takes initiative, champions bold ideas, and isn’t afraid to experiment. • Values diversity, recognizing that different perspectives strengthen the team. • Embraces change as a constant and approaches it with an open and empathetic mindset. • Supports team members by stepping in when needed and lifting where others cannot.
