•Audit mechanical and boiler systems thoroughly. •Develop project scopes that meet ROI and payback goals. •Work with utilities to secure project incentives. •Manage projects to hit profitability targets. •Coordinate resources for comprehensive projects. •Partner with the sales team to deliver client value. •Keep projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
•5-10 years in mechanical project management, especially in construction. •Strong knowledge of boiler systems and mechanical contracting. •Experience with utility incentive programs. •Familiarity with the HVAC supply chain in construction. •Proficient in Microsoft Office. •Willing to travel 20-30%
