Description

• Manage month-end close process and annual audit and tax processes. • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. • Coordinate and liaise with administrator. • Collaborate with external accountants on tax and audit topics for the funds. • Calculate and track the expense allocation for the funds, as well as review expense accruals. • Monitor collateral and cash management. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance. • Prepare ad hoc strategic analyses with the business team. • Ensure fund compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and prepare data for relevant regulatory and tax filings. • Prepare financial data for outside parties, including investors and trading counterparties.

Requirements

• 2-4 years work experience • CPA preferred • Prior hedge fund experience (start-up experience a plus) • Experience working with equities, fx, fixed income and commodities products • Fund audit and accounting • Tax reporting and strategic planning • Trading operational processes • Compliance functions
