Description

• Accelerate Matterport’s customer acquisition and revenue growth by executing end-to-end across the Matterport customer journey for real-estate agents • Collaborate with design, engineering, sales and marketing to craft end-to-end experiences that delight our customers and exceed our goals • Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial decisions • Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, with excellent execution • Ensure the team is maximizing the impact by maintaining organized playbooks, automated systems, and dashboards to track your progress • Help develop standardized product metrics and KPIs for agent growth • Present findings to senior decision makers and leaders across the organization • Help define and build out scalable processes for the team and function

Requirements

• 4-6 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment working with cross-functional teams to create B2C or B2B2C products • Proven experience planning and executing programs across multiple stakeholders with excellent written, verbal and organizational communication skills • Organization and efficiency — Expertise in designing and executing data-driven initiatives • Team player with a “do-er” mentality – able to operate in both large company and small company environments • Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes • Empathetic: You deeply understand how customers think • The ideal candidate has Marketplace or residential real-estate experience and a deep understanding of workflows used to operate & sell real estate projects
