Description

• Proactively identify HR solutions that align with business needs and drive organizational effectiveness • Partner closely with the people team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and continuously refine people operational processes and services with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and employee experience • Maintain existing people operations process documents and recommend improvements • Serve as a consultant and trusted advisor on all HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development • Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, counseling, and support to managers and employees • Address employee concerns and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies • Support all aspects of HR compliance, including regular policy and document reviews, assisting with internal and external audits, and completing annual business surveys and EEO Reporting • Assist with policy writing or revisions as needed and ensure the organization’s People policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, and recommended best practices • Leverage people technology tools to create automations and efficiencies in day-to-day processes • Support and mentor members of the people operations team by sharing best practices and partnering to solve issues as they arise • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to provide meaningful insights to management

Requirements

• At least 4 to 6 Years of professional experience in People Operations or Human Resources function • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite. Experience with Oracle HCM Preferred • Experience managing immigration cases • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset • Strong time management, attention to detail, and reliability • Proven ability to navigate complex and/or ambiguous systems • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously
