Description

• Act as the executive lead across multiple client project teams • Act as client advocate within the company, point of escalation for clients, and senior advisor, strategist, and quarterback for engagements • Understand client needs/objectives, help develop strategies, and ensure project teams execute projects in a timely and profitable manner • Interface directly with client executives to align on project scope, budget, and resolve conflicts • Broad experience in marketing technologies, data, and revenue growth strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or similar roles managing complex programs • Ability to lead and consult on technical projects involving Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Marketing Automation, CRM, and revenue operations • Service-focused with a data-driven mindset and strong relationship-building skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, clear communicator, and curious problem-solver • Observable indicators for performance metrics
