Description
• Software Engineer position at Mechanical Orchard • Work with small cross functional teams building production applications • Utilize Elixir or other modern programming languages • Implement XP engineering practices like pair programming and test-driven development • Support production applications in agile DevOps model • Lead technical discovery for customer systems • Continuously learn and foster growth within the organization
Requirements
• Professional, team-based software engineering experience • Exposure or demonstrated passion for XP practices like pair programming and test-driven development • Comfortable as a full stack developer • Expertise in at least one modern programming language and application framework • Strong communication and collaboration skills with empathy
