• Understand, maintain, and extend the Mediaocean and Flashtalking by Mediaocean visual brand identities; guide the Marketing team in creating seamless and engaging brand experiences • Expand/continue to develop Mediaocean’s style guides, visual systems, and templates • Design and develop assets across online channels–webpages, emails, social graphics, sales collateral, presentations, infographics, ad creatives, etc. • Design and develop assets across offline channels – swag/premiums, office branding, event/tradeshow branding, and etc. • Partner with the People & Culture team to extend the visual brand identity to employees and recruitment efforts; support the team on internal emails, branding within systems/tools, employee intranet, templates, and etc. • Promote and enforce the Mediaocean visual brand to achieve consistency internally and externally • Work on multiple design projects and ensure your projects deadlines are met • Keep up to date with new design trends, techniques and technology
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience. • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Strong project management and vendor management skillset • Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus • Strong typography and iconography skills • Proficient in basic copyediting • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus
