• Provide 1:1 coaching, feedback, and support through virtual sessions and platform • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills • Communicate with members through chat in the Mento App • Be an integral member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights • Act as an ambassador of the Mento community
Requirements
• Director, VP, or other senior leader with 15+ years experience managing teams • Desire to turn people leadership skills into coaching skills • Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace • Self-aware, high emotional IQ, and creates a safe space for others • Excited about growing coaching skills and has a growth-mindset • Comfortable in a startup environment • Based in North America or Europe • Commit to 18 months of working with Mento
