Description

• Maintain client's system configuration and update system • Collect business requirements and interact with clients • Act as client's site administrator supporting software systems full life cycle • Manage client expectations, timelines, and educate clients on software capabilities • Utilize department-developed tools and methodologies to create client deliverables • Identify and resolve potential issues before escalation • Participate in knowledge sharing and product/service innovation • Support stakeholder communications and drive project resources towards completion • Provide proactive and responsive client service • Support project resources in meeting timelines and maximizing productivity

Requirements

• Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2-4 years of experience in loan/account origination systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Systems • Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities • Effective presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
