• Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the marketing, product, and sales teams on a regular basis • Review and interpret large research data sets and organize them into spreadsheets, charts, and graphs • Present research data findings and insights during company-wide meetings • Create, edit, and proofread marketing content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product positioning • Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing manager
• Bachelor's degree • 1-2 years of market research experience in a fintech or financial services environment • Ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations with strong charting skills • Knowledge of dashboards and data visualizations in Excel • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday) • Job duties are highly collaborative in nature and require on-site presence to be performed 5 days a week • Strong attention to detail and data-savvy • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
