Description
• Assist in creation of investment and financing proposals • Develop insightful market information and statistics • Portfolio stratification and analysis • Preparation of due diligence materials • Confidentiality agreement processing/tracking • Attending weekly investor transaction status reporting • Ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Real Estate • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong MS Word, MS Excel analysis and presentation skills • Ability to learn quickly • Strong attention to detail • Must be a team player • Likes and prioritizes work
