Description

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, updating monthly forecasts, and performing various financial analyses • Partner with department heads to build bottoms-up annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans, with a primary focus on operational expenses • Conduct detailed monthly review of budget vs. actual results to ensure optimal targets are met • Investigate budget/forecast variances and provide explanations to department head and finance leadership in a clear and concise manner • Liaison with various business owners to stay up to date on trends and new business initiatives as well as communicate results • Work closely with accounting group during detailed review of results to ensure accuracy and completeness • Assist Senior Management with special projects and ad hoc analysis

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in FP&A, financial modeling, investment banking, etc. • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel) • Preferably someone with Oracle EPM experience • Ability to work with large data sets and experience with various analytics tools such as Looker, FinOut, etc. a plus • Creative problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail • Time management skills - proven ability to oversee multiple projects while prioritizing and managing own time appropriately • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as with a team • General accounting knowledge required
