Description

• MoneyLion is seeking a business-minded, execution-driven Senior Counsel, Commercial and Product to join our legal team. • We are seeking an attorney who enjoys wearing multiple hats, proactively takes on new responsibilities and is excited by the challenge of providing legal services at a dynamic, fast-growing fintech company. • This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our headquarters in Chelsea, NYC.

Requirements

• JD Degree from an accredited law school and license in good standing to practice law in at least one state bar • 5+ years of relevant law firm or in-house experience; a mix of law firm and in-house counsel experience is preferred • Ideal candidate has scaled revenue operations doing B2B or B2B2C commercial agreements in fintech / regulated consumer-facing financial services industry • Sharp analytical skills, diligent, proactive, and collaborative, and have demonstrated excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work
